The apartments have anapproximatefloor area of 44squaremetres, separated into tworooms.

The bedroom is equipped with:

Each apartment has an exclusive patio (approx. 3.5m x 4.5m) with wooden deck. It can be accessed from the bedroom.

A passageseparates the bedroom from therest of the apartment. The passageleads to the bathroom and clothes drying rack.

The bathroom has a marble sink, hair dryer and hydro-massage bath.

At the end of the passageis an integrated kitchen-living area with all necessary utensils for four people. It isequipped with:
