The apartments have atotalfloor area of 40square metres, separated into tworooms.

The bedroom is equipped with:

A passage separates the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. The passage leads to the bathroom and clothes drying rack.

The bathroom has a marble sink, hair dryer and hydro-massage bath.

At the end of the passage is an integrated kitchen-living area with all necessary utensils for four people. It is equipped with:

• Mini fridge
• Gas stove
• Microwave
• Cafeteria
• Electric toaster
• Crockery and utensils for four people
• Complete kitchen equipment

The living room has a sofa bed with two single beds and is equipped with:

• 32” Smart TV
• Split system (cold/hot) air conditioning
• Black-out curtains
• Double glazed windows

All apartments are monitored 24 hours through a central alarm system. All guests will be provided with the alarm code on checking-in.
